Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to a web page with an <input type="email"> field 2. Enter a value not containing an @ 3. Submit page What is the expected behavior? The validation error message should be: Gebruik een '@' in het e-mailadres. In '[value of email field]' ontbreekt een '@'. What went wrong? What went wrong? The validation error message is at the moment: "Gebruik een '@' in thet e-mailadres. In '[value of email field]' ontbreekt een '@'." The word "thet" should be "het" without the leading T. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: duplicate of #622552 and #807902.

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version #69.0.3497.100 and on latest canary #71.0.3564.0 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.3. This issue is seen from M60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
