instead of blocking, Adblock pauses in Youtube app- equally disruptive

Issue description<b>Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'></b> URLs (if applicable) :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9uc1mv1O4w&list=PLD_Y5sW0Waz3Zqs1qK8ZvYLnXNiVPDLdA&index=177 Other browsers tested:Edge Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari:- Firefox:- Edge:- What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)play sleep video (2)sleep (3)wake up to paused video What is the expected result? What happens instead? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Can you please explain a bit more what the problem is? Are you running an ad blocking extension?

On Chrome on PC, I was using Dev tools to block ads from settings. On Edge recently also started doing this using Adblock Ultimate browser extension. Didn't used to happen at all. It's Youtube; something about constant bot streaming of videos to create ad revenue so the activity check added. Cancelled usefulness of long meditation/sleep videos with constant interruption. was going to put empty container over vid, but for now I am trying the old mouse-wiggler on this and see if this will resolve the issue. This happens with many vids, mainly where ads have been inserted, but I added the link to one if you need an example...https://youtu.be/_b6h4hYBSgM

Thanks for the report and the clarification. Given the description and the fact that it reproduces in edge too this looks like an interaction issue between YouTube and the Adblock extensions. There really isn't much we can do about that I'm afraid. Try reporting it to the Adblock extension team?
