UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. First open any webpage(say www.google.com) and then go to full screen mode.
2. Now open a new tab using ctrl+T.
3. Try to type in the box appears "type a URL".

What is the expected behavior?
In full screen mode You can't open a new webpage by typing url.

What went wrong?
Nothing its just a bug which i encountered i think its better to report it for improvement.
