Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11021.19.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.22 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11021.19.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome OS settings tray by clicking on the area with the clock & status icons 2. Attempt to click the brightness icon, which looks a lot like a gear (At first glance, I thought this is where I need to click to open settings, and was surprised when clicking it did nothing). 3. What is the expected behavior? The brightness icon should look a little less like a gear What went wrong? If I had trouble telling these icons apart, my grandma would have even more trouble, so this is also an accessibility issue. Did this work before? Yes M68 (last one before the tray redesign) Chrome version: 70.0.3538.22 Channel: beta OS Version: 11021.19.0 Flash Version:
