What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)http://www.popuptest.com/popuptest1.html, click the the icon in the omnibox, check the color of focused state
(2)click the bookmark star icon,  check the color of focused state
(3)Highlighted background colors are different  

What is the expected result?
The color should be the same. 


What happens instead?
