Fuchsia components can register themselves as a tracing "provider" with the system tracing service, in which case they will be called-back to start/stop tracing as necessary.  This system is similar to Android's trace-event framework, with which Chromium already integrates.

We should have Chromium's tracing framework implement a Fuchsia tracing provider, so that we can include detailed tracing from running web content.
