Add BSD OS choices

Reported by jeroen.r...@connectis.nl, Jul 19 2017

Issue description

I want Monorail to support BSD OS (FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD) choices.

Right now the system does not support any BSD (FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD) as an OS choice, meaning you need to select Linux as a closest option. This frequently leads people to chime in with all kinds of Linux stuff whereas it has no bearing or relevance to the BSD issue reported. Even when the first few posts list explicitly that it's on a BSD system. This leads to frustration on the part of the submitter as well as wasted time of the person chiming in.

jrobbins@, do you know who I should route this to?

Hi Jason and Jeroen,

It looks like what you want is new components in Monorail.

If that is indeed the case, please file a request using instructions here: https://www.chromium.org/issue-tracking/requesting-a-component-or-label
