Steps to reproduce:

# Open launcher by using alt + shift + l and pressing enter 
# Navigate via tab to the up arrow to expand the launcher
# Navigate via tab to any icon, for example, Docs
# Open the context menu by using the keyboard combo ctrl + shift + volume up
# Once the context menu is open, dismiss it using the esc key
Expected: focus remains on the icon that just had the context menu open
Actual: focus is visually gone, however, pressing tab brings you to the next item in the grid

This also applies to ChromeVox screen reader. After dismissing the dialog, the focus ring remains in the middle of the launcher, not on an icon.
