Steps to reproduce:
# Open launcher
# Navigate to any icon
# Right click it (alt + click) and select "Remove from Chrome" 
# Dialog appears for confirmation
Expected: as you tab back and forth between the two buttons, focus is clearly indicated
Actual: focus indication around the Remove button is barely visible. In the screenshot, Remove has focus and you can see a very thin light blue line around it
