unable to connect to websites DNS connection failed

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11021.19.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.22 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://yahoo mail.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try to get to my yahoo mail.

What is the expected behavior?
To connect to website

What went wrong?
Not sure.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 70

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.22  Channel: beta
OS Version: 11021.19.0
