Issue descriptionChrome Version: (M71) OS: (Win10) The current code in DCLayerOverlayProcessor::ProcessRenderPass() has to carve out the video quad from the damage_rect. Once the video quad is separated from damage_rect (http://crbug.com/885187), we should be able to clean up the logic and make it simpler. |
