Pre condition:
Bookmark should contain few websites and folders

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome 
2. Go to bookmarks
3. Edge swipe from right to left on one of the bookmarked items (to display delete button)
4. Change the device orientation to landscape
5. Change the device orientation to portrait

Observed results:
Notice that cell size of the item below the swiped item is increased

Expected results:
The cell size shouldn’t change
