What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> open ubertray >> go to Notifications settings
(2)Check/uncheck the notification items list continuously and observe

Actual:Flickering of icons is at Notifications list while checking/unchecking the checkboxes continuously
Expected: No such flickering of icons should be seen  while checking/unchecking the checkboxes continuously

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-68

Note: Issue is seen in M-69,M-70
