Spun off from  crbug.com/883512 .
Heap buffer overflow error happens on ASAN enabled tests if -lgtest is after -lbase-395517 on compiling the test. I confirmed this phenomenon with libchromeos-ui and vpn-manager packages.

It is found on GYP to GN migration. If I make sure -lgtest comes first tweaking BUILD.gn, the issue is actually gone, but it doesn't seem a correct solution.
