recent chrome canary clear data always crash

@ youling257: Could you please provide detailed description of the issue along with device details, if possible please provide screencast on reproducing the issue. Also please provide 16 digit crash id from chrome://crashes, this would help in better triaging of the issue.

can't open clear browser data at all,stop work.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Pixel 2 XL on navigating to clear browser data.

@ youling257: Could you please check the issue on latest canary 71.0.3561.0. Also please provide 16 digit crash id from chrome://crashes.
