Give user a way to close current tab when in fullscreen

Reported by jidanni@gmail.com, Sep 21

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.92 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. F11
2. Move pointer to top of window, a X floats dowm.
3. But all we want to do is close the current tab.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
In addition to the X to exit fullscreen, there should also be another X that floats down on its side, so we can just close this tab, instead of needing to hit CTRL-W.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.92 Channel: n/a
OS Version:
Flash Version:

Yes we can hit CTRL-W, but I want to close the current tab with just the mouse, with no additional work.
Sorry I didn't mention that in the bug title above.

jidanni@ Thanks for the issue.

From the above description, this is a feature request to add a 'x' to close current tab in full screen.
Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev.

Thanks..
