Issue descriptionChrome Version: 71.0.3557.0 OS: O Device: Lenovo Daydream All-in-One headset What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open Chrome for the first time, go through the FRF. (2) Click on the Omnibox, then the microphone icon. (3) When the prompt to allopw or deny chrome permission to record audio, click the gray back button which is below the permission prompt. What is the expected result? clicking on the back button should exit the current screen and return the user to VR Browsing mode / Omnibox text entry mode. What happens instead? Nothing happens when clicking on the back button.

I checked this in yesterday's test pass. (Most of the bugs I log I'll confirm that they still repro on the latest versions weekly.) Still repros on OVRB.181016.011/511151, Chrome 72.0.3608.0 (Assuming it won't be fixed on M71 if it's not on M72)

Can you try latest OVRB (Should contain Chrome M70) and repro? Also can you try to install Chrome Beta from 2D Play Store and repro?
