"Selected" omnibar text in iOS doesn't respond to Cmd-C keyboard shortcut |

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome on an iPad Pro with Smart Keyboard (or other iOS device with a physical keyboard with a Command key) 2. Open any web page. 3. Tap the Omnibar. 4. Note that the full URL becomes visible and is highlighted. 5. Press Command-C on the keyboard to copy to the clipboard 6. Tap the + button to open a new tab. 7. Tap the Google search bar to activate it as the Omnibar 8. Press Command-V to paste What is the expected behavior? The URL from step 4 should be pasted into the Omnibar of the new tab What went wrong? The previous content of the clipboard is pasted into the Omnibar, because the clipboard contents did not change in step 5. Did this work before?
