task page auto-refresh switches current slice

repro:
1. open https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=40110b3c0fac7810&refresh=10&request_detail=true&show_raw=1&wide_logs=true
2. switch to task slice 1
3. wait 10s

expected: slice 1 is stil selected
actual: view switches to slice 2
