Ensure that special urls file:/// and data:, are emphasized properly

Test case steps:
1. Manually type data:,Hello%2C%20World! In the URL bar, load page and 2. enter VR. Ensure data:, url in the URL bar is emphasized the same way as in 2D Clank
3. Exit from ChromeVR and manually type “file:///sdcard/” in the url bar
4. Enter ChromeVR again. Ensure file:/// url in the URL bar is emphasized the same way as in desktop Chrome
