This is a UI automatable manual test case as determined by our manual test case review with Brian a couple weeks ago.


Test Case Steps:
1. Launch https://www.google.com 
2. Enter VR Browsing
3. Hover over each of the VR Browsing controls
    - Omnibox - Back button, URL box, Overflow Menu button, Security Icon
    - Overflow Menu - Forward button, Refresh button, all Menu items
    - Omnibox Keyboard - Microphone button, Back button
    - Voice Input - Cancel button
    - Permission Indicators - Covered with Permission testcases.
4. Verify that the control changes colors and pop out in z-space as appropriate.
5. Enter Incognito Mode and repeat test.
