[MD Bookmarks] Add cut/copy/paste to [selected] bookmark right-click context menu

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open bookmark manager
2. Right-click a bookmark
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Cut/copy/paste bookmark options should appear

What went wrong?
Cut/copy/paste bookmark functions appear only in the top-level 3-Dot menu

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
