Chrome: 70.0.3538.16 DEV
Steps to repro:
# With Chromevox enabled, open the crosh shell by pressing ctrl+alt+t or connect via ssh to a server using the secure shell app from google
# Type a command that generates text surrounded by less-than and greater-than or left-bracket and right-bracket symbols
# Use search+up and down arrows to read the text
# Notice that Chromevox reads punctuation
# Cycle to 'no punctuation' with search+a, search+p and repeat
Expected: Punction level is respected
Actual: It is not

, Sep 20I noticed this whilst using irssi via ssh into a linux server Status bar in irssi was reported as left-bracket [22:08] right-bracket left-bracket [daiverd(+Ris)] right-bracket left-bracket [2:bit/&bitlbee] right-bracket IRC nicks are surrounded by less-than and greater-than, Chromevox read the less-than, but not the greater-than
