Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click 3 Dot Menu next to bookmark search bar
2. Click Sort by Name

What is the expected behavior?
Toast bubble notification to Undo last action should display near the menu and should display longer than [5000 milliseconds?] ...

Or should be replaced with a dialog to confirm or cancel the action

What went wrong?
Toast bubble notification to Undo last action displays in lower left of browser and disappears too quickly
