[VR Browsing] Automatable test cases: Navigation and refresh

Project Member Reported by dbbrooks@chromium.org, Sep 20

Issue description

These are automatable manual test cases as determined by our manual test case review with Brian a couple weeks ago.

Test cases:
1. Navigation control functionality
2: Refresh button functionality

Steps for: Navigation control functionality
1. Click the back button.
2. Verify the page navigates correctly.
3. Verify the back button is greyed out when there are no previously 4. loaded pages to navigate to.
5. Click the forward button.
6. Verify the page navigates correctly.
7. Verify the forward button is greyed out when there are no previously loaded pages to navigate to.

Steps for: Refresh button functionality
1. Launch https://permission.site/
2. Enter VR Browsing
3. Click some of the permission buttons, clear dialogs as appropriate. Page should have buttons of different colors now (Red, Green, and White)
4. Click the Refresh button on the Overflow Menu
5. Verify verify that the page is refreshed. All the buttons should return to White.

I'm in the process of verifying that my image diff solution is stable over a long period of time (I'll want to do so over a few weeks to be sure), so we can't verify that the button back/forward buttons are visibly greyed out. However, we can easily test their functionality (or lack thereof).
