Can't type chinese use sogou input in canary, but it worked correctly in stable version.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 8.0.0; MI 6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3551.0 Mobile Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the chrome
2. switch to chinese in sogou input
3. type chinese in any textfield

What is the expected behavior?
can type chinese

What went wrong?
can't type chinese

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 71.0.3557.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: windows 10
