Steps to reproduce:
(1) In new tab, navigate to https://wikipedia.org
(2) Click on any link
(3) Force quit the app by double-clicking Home and swipe up
(4) Relaunch the app
(5) Go to tab switcher
(6) Tap on the tab

Expected result:
In step (4), the page from (2) is restored.
In step (5), the tab thumbnail shows the page from (2)

Actual result:
In step (4), a screenshot of (1) is shown briefly and replaced by page from (2). See around 0:11 in the attached video.
In step (5), a screenshot of (1) is shown in thumbnail. See around 0:13 in the attached video.

Note that after step (6), the problem never reproduces again even if steps (3) and (4), or (5) and (6) are repeated.

This bug is present regardless whether #slim-navigation-manager is enabled or not.
