Start with no accounts in Chrome
Click on Sign-in button to open unity consent
The account chooser should open since there is no account in Chrome
Add an account

Result:
When SSO disappears, the user consent is present but right after, the chooser account pops up again.

Expected:
When SSO disappears, the screen should just display the user consent with the new account selected.
