address bar is no longer dark theme

I HATE UPDATES!

DON'T MUCH LIKE THE NEW TABS EITHER BUT THEY ARE OK I GUESS.

Not the original reporter, but here's a screenshot of how out of place the new omnibox looks with a dark UI theme.

Compared to the old UI, where the omnibox blended in really well.
