OS: Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14)

Pre-condition: Install any Extension and hide it in chrome menu.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and open to NTP.
(2) Drag Extension icon from wrench menu to omnibox and Observe.
 
Actual Result: Unnecessary Add URL icon is shown in omnibox after dragging any Extension.

Expected Result: Nothing should be added in omnibox after dragging any Extension.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-69 series as 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa.' flag is introduced from build #67.0.3381.0.

NOTE:
1. Issue is also seen on M-69 Stable (version #69.0.3497.100), M-70 Beta (version #70.0.3538.22) & M-71 Dev (version #71.0.3554.0).
2. Issue is not seen on Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10) & Linux (14.04 LTS) OS.
