We should verify that the code guarded behind features toggles 
 - "SyncSupportSecondaryAccount" and 
 - "AutofillEnableAccountWalletStorage"
is also guarded by desktop platform ifdefs where needed.

This would need to happen anyway sooner or later (after full launch when we remove the feature toggles). I think it is less risky if we do it before the launch and launch the two features above to all platforms.
