Regression:[Print Preview]Textbox overlaps with the text after resizing browser window

Issue description

Chrome Version: 71.0.3557.0 (Official Build) Revision 409ad95fbafba7ca90dc799c9a0be24d3abb549f-refs/branch-heads/3557@{#1}(32/64-bit)
OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.14, 10.13.6) Windows (7, 8, 8.1 ,10) and Linux 14.04 LTS

Pre-condition: Sign in to chrome with valid credentials

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, give print command (Ctrl + P) to open Print Preview overlay.
2. Click on 'Change' button under 'Destination' and select 'Save to Google Drive' option from 'Print Destinations'.
3. Now click on 'More Settings' > 'Change Printer options...' button under 'Advanced' to open 'Advanced settings for ...'.
4. Resize the browser window from RHS to the maximum possible limit and observe. 

Actual Result  : Textbox overlaps with the text 'Google drive file name' on resizing browser window.
Expected Result: Textbox should not overlap with text on resizing browser window.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-71’ and below is the 'per-revision' bisect information:
Good Build : 71.0.3551.0 (Revision : 590851)
Bad Build  : 71.0.3552.2 (Revision : 591210)

Update :
Rechecked the above issue on Win(7,8,8.1,10) ,Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.6, 10.14) and Linux(14.04 LTS)OS with Canary version #71.0.3558.0 and the issue is fixed.
