Steps to reproduce:
(1)Only works if you have a loan account. 
1. Log into website
2. Hit the 3 lines on the top right of the page
3. Click on Statements and Documents then click on Paperless Documents
4. Click continue.
5. Click on any of the months to download a statement.
6. Statement won't download says Waiting on Network.

Expected result: Statment downloads and opens in a PDF window to view and save.


Actual result: Statment doesn't download says "Waiting on Network"

Steps I took to try and resolve the Issue:
1. Switched to cellular data{didn't work}
2. Restarted device{Didn't work}
3. Cleared Chrome cache and data{didn't work}
4. Cleared Google Play Service cache and data{didn't work}
5. Turned airplane mode on and off{didn't work}
