What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user -> Now at Uber Tray click on 'Sign out' 
(2)In Sign out screen at User click on Drop down continuously and observe some delay is seen to display User Name and Email id i.e. we can seen black background first and then content
(Please refer video and Screenshot)

Expected: Delay should not be seen to display User Name and Email id on clicking Drop down continuously
Actual: Instead Delay is seen to display User Name and Email id on clicking Drop down continuously

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-69

Note : Issue is also seen on M-70
