no status bar of input shows for Chinese

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3556.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Win+Space, switch to an input 2. No status bar showed, just can write letters. What is the expected behavior? The status bar of input shows, and can input Chinese. What went wrong? Status bar of input doesn't showe. Can't input Chinese. All Chinese input doesn't work. Did this work before? Yes Chrome Beta 69.0.3497.92 Chrome version: 71.0.3556.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 71.0.3556.0 using Windows 10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and added Chinese input language 2) Used Win+Space, able to change and select the input language and able to type in the omnibar with selected language @Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference and provide your feedback on it which help in further triaging it in better way. If possible could you please provide screencast of the issue which help in better understanding. Note: Tentatively adding UI component. Thanks!
