1. A way to pause and resume reading
2. Ability to adjust speedand pitch on the fly without interrupting reading
3. Ability to adjust volume without interrupting reading
4. Ability to rewind or fastforward 
5. Ability to stop on current word instead of current paragraph so that repeated text is minimized when stopping and pressing search+r again
