What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy URL address to clipboard with CMD+C
2. Click the omnibox.
3. Try pasting clipboard to omnibox with CMD+V. Nothing happens

What is the expected result?
The contents of the clipboard should be pasted to the omnibox.

What happens instead of that?
Nothing

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

It seems CMD+V now means "Paste and Match Style". But omnibox does not accept text style, so it does not work.
