* Navigate to the system tray using the keyboard shortcut Shift + Alt + S
* Tab through to volume in order to view and test the contrast of the focus ring to the background 

What is the expected result?
Contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1
(AAA rating is a contrast of at least 7:1)

What happens instead?
Contrast ratio is 1.4:1
