Background tabs disappear when mouse rolls over

My browser window got into a strange state where backgrounded tabs disappeared when moused over. It wasn't happening in other windows.

If you find a way to repro, then check if you can repro in Canary.  We just landed a fix for some text coloring issues that could impact something like this.
