Unable to find feedback reports filed from OOBE screen |

Issue descriptionChromeOS 11021.19.0, 70.0.3538.22 dev-channel eve What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Powerwash device 2. On any of the OOBE screens, use Alt + Shift + i shortcut to open feedback window 3. Type in some information in the text field and click 'Send' button 4. Look for the feedback report in https://listnr.corp.google.com/product/208/reports?filter=0&dateRange=30 using a search keyword from the info text What is the expected result? Feedback reports should be listed What happens instead? Unable to find the feedback reports

trumbull@ I can't recollect the exact text that I entered while filing the feedback report. Listed below are the feedback reports I filed from sign-in screen https://listnr.corp.google.com/report/85669807999 https://listnr.corp.google.com/report/85669798670 I filed similar report from OOBE screen as well mentioning the words 'Test feedback report' and 'OOBE'

I filed a feedback report just now from eve oobe screen and it showed up. Build: 11021.34.0, 70.0.3538.41 beta-channel eve. Feedback report: https://listnr.corp.google.com/report/85701593295

I am not seeing this issue anymore with latest M70 (11021.34.0, 70.0.3538.41). Filed feedback report from different OOBE screens and feedback reports are listed. Closing the bug. Will reopen if issue reproduced again. |
