As part of our shift to thumb-friendly bottom-centric UI, we should also consider inverting the ordering of the context menu.  I personally use "New tab" very frequently, and it would be nice if it was down at the bottom too.  We also have notices at the top (like "X MB Saved") that should remain at the top.
