As part of an experiment, Chrome temporarily shows only the "Secure" text in the address bar. Your SSL certificate with Extended Validation is still valid.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to a site with EV
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Seeing the company name of the EV

What went wrong?
Message in Console:

As part of an experiment, Chrome temporarily shows only the "Secure" text in the address bar. Your SSL certificate with Extended Validation is still valid.

No company name in address bar!

Did this work before? Yes before version 69

Unable to reproduce the issue on ubuntu 14.04 and win-10 using chrome reported version #69.0.3497.81 and latest beta #70.0.3538.22.
Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
(1) Navigated to different sites with EV for ex. 
(a)symantec.com
(b)godaddy.com e.t.c
(2) Observed that company name of the EV was displayed without any issues and also console did not show thg message as "As part of an experiment, Chrome temporarily shows only the "Secure" text in the address bar. Your SSL certificate with Extended Validation is still valid."

reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest beta #70.0.3538.22 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Also please provide any other sample url where the issue got reproduced.
