[Internal] : [Googler Mobile Feedback] I frequently get requests from websites asking to allow notifications. I always decline. I don't

Issue description

User feedback report:
https://listnr.corp.google.com/report/85659237381

Package Version Name: 69.0.3497.91
Product Version: 69.0.3497.91
Device Model: Pixel XL
Device Release: 9
UI Language: en-US

Description:
I frequently get requests from websites asking to allow notifications. I always decline. I don't know anything about the notifications (how often they appear, their content, how they show up on my phone), but I almost certainly don't want them. Asking about notifications in a modal dialog without a "Never ask again" option forces me to say "no" before I can continue what I was doing. I'd strongly prefer if these prompts were moved to an icon in the address bar or at least easily disabled. The constant interruptions are disruptive and annoying with no benefit.

This seems to be a feature request. Hence marking it as Untriaged for further triaging.

Thanks!

I believe plans are in progress to help with this, but Peter knows about them. Adding permissions folk for visibility.
