Regression:Text for button 'Change printer options' appears outside button boundary after changing font size.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 71.0.3556.0 (Official Build)Revision bd6b4db905b5d51ca0ab759729efca79bc0a6046-refs/branch-heads/3556@{#1}(32/64-bit)
OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.14, 10.13.6) Windows (7, 8, 8.1 ,10) and Linux 14.04 LTS

Pre-condition: Sign in to chrome with valid credentials

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to 'chrome://settings/' and change font size to 'Very Large'.
2. Now give print command (Ctrl + P) to open Print Preview overlay.
3. Click on 'Change' button under 'Destination' and select 'Save to Google Drive' option from 'Print Destinations'.
4. Now click on 'More Settings' and observe the 'Change Printer options...' button under 'Advanced'.

Actual Result  : Text for button 'Change printer options' appears outside button boundary.
Expected Result: Text for button 'Change printer options' should appear within button boundary.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-71’ and below is the 'per-revision' bisect information:
Good Build : 71.0.3551.0 (Revision : 590851)
Bad Build  : 71.0.3552.2 (Revision : 591210)

Update :
Rechecked the above issue on Win(7,8,8.1,10) ,Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.6, 10.14) and Linux(14.04 LTS)OS with Canary version #71.0.3558.0 and the issue is fixed.
