I am a regular youtube user. For some days, I am noticing a problem on Youtube.
Well, I use google chrome. Today I was watching the videos. Suddenly I noticed that all of my listened songs are being added to the other video's headline. For example, I was listening to Daddy Yankee's Dura (Official Video), then LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem ft. Lauren Bennett, GoonRock, followed by Daddy Yankee - Limbo, David Guetta - Play Hard ft. Ne-Yo, Akon (Official Video), then Tonight (I'm Lovin 'You)and Akon - Beautiful ft. Colby O'Donis, Kardinal. Then I noticed the current video's title is like this- 
"Daddy Yankee | Dura (Official Video)LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem ft. Lauren Bennett, GoonRockDaddy Yankee - LimboDavid Guetta - Play Hard ft. Ne-Yo, Akon (Official Video)Tonight (I'm Lovin 'You)Akon - Beautiful ft. Colby O'Donis, Kardinal ".

I am attaching screenshots of all problems.

Another problem is, thumbnail and song title doesn't match. For example, the song "My People by J Balvin, Willy William" showing the thumbnail of "Love the way you lie by Rihana and Eminem.
