There is no archived version in RPM repository

Reported by gert...@arrival.com, Sep 19

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I have Chrome version 69, installed from RPM repository, and want to get a previous version 68.
2. zypper packages --repo http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/x86_64

С | Репозиторий | Имя | Версия | Архитектура
---+---------------+------------------------+-----------------+------------
   | google-chrome | google-chrome-beta | 70.0.3538.16-1 | x86_64
i+ | google-chrome | google-chrome-stable | 69.0.3497.100-1 | x86_64
   | google-chrome | google-chrome-unstable | 71.0.3554.0-1 | x86_64

3. RPM repository has only actual/stable and beta packages.

What is the expected behavior?
It should be a possibility for rolling back on the previous version (at least of one step of major version), due to some bugs in current/actual version.

What went wrong?
There is no archived version in RPM repository
