Static position of grid positioned children should be affected by content alignment and also self alignment.

In the attached example, in both grid containers the abspos element must be centered vertically and horizontally.

In Firefox only self alignment does something, but I'm double checking that content alignment needs to do something too in the following CSSWG issue: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/3020#issuecomment-422706571

For Flexbox both do something in Firefox (in Chromium align-content has a bug #599828).
