1. Open a window with any number of tabs.
2. Load any pages in that tab(s).
3. Open a second window with two tabs. 
4. Load any pages in the two tabs.
5. Select overflow -> Bookmarks -> Bookmark open pages
 
What is the expected result?

All open pages in all windows are bookmarked.

What happens instead of that?

All open pages in the current window are bookmarked.

Commentary:

This is a hard one. Should the menu item say 'bookmark all tabs'? That is ambiguous too. Or 'bookmark all pages in this window'? That is too long.
