Viewing any PDF url results in pdf going blank after a few seconds when one tries to scroll

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://rahul.gopinath.org/resources/icse2016/gopinath2016on.pdf Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any PDF url with chrome 2. Once it is loaded, try to scroll with the trackpad (haven't tested mouse) 3. PDF goes blank after a few seconds What is the expected behavior? The pdf should not go blank What went wrong? Pdf went blank Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Dont know Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version:

Confirmed that this is/was occuring for 68.0.3440.106. Tested with the current stable, 69.0.3497.100, where it no longer reproduces. I am pretty sure this is a dupe of another issue but we had for M69, but I am not sure of the bug number. Updating to the current stable release, M69, should fix the issue, please reopen if it doesn't
