Startup.FirstWebContents.NonEmptyPaint2 isn't recorded with Mash

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome with --enable-features=Mash.
(2) Navigate to chrome://histograms.

What is the expected result?
A value has been recorded to Startup.FirstWebContents.NonEmptyPaint2. This is the case when --enable-features=Mash is not specified.

What happens instead?
No value is recorded to Startup.FirstWebContents.NonEmptyPaint2.
